Founded in the 90s, [REDACTED] Group has grown to become one of the largest automotive dealership networks in Russia. The company represents various automobile brands, both domestic and international, and offers a wide range of vehicles, from economy cars to luxury vehicles.
[REDACTED] Group's services include new and used car sales, maintenance and repairs, spare parts distribution, and financial services related to car purchases. They have a presence in multiple regions across Russia and work with brands like Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Volkswagen, Ford, and others.
Throughout its existence, [REDACTED] Group has accumulated over 80 internal applications scattered across employee roles. This significantly burdened internal processes and hindered transparency in work. The system became increasingly cumbersome and more challenging to implement new functionality.
Main objective and responsibilities
The task was to improve the customer experience by changing the work processes of employees in the company. This involved digitalizing everything in the company's toolkit and introducing a single pattern of behavior into all internal workflows.
It was also necessary to envisage the possibility of scaling the result: realization of new applications within our solution and realization of a boxed solution to sell the solution on the market to competitors.
